Special Workouts

Adult students may
join us for special workouts as noted below. Cost of clinic is $10 per
person unless otherwise noted below. All workouts are scheduled 10am - Noon. Workout
dates, times, and topics subject to change:

Friday Workouts
(by permission)
Adult students get a chance to improve their skills by participating
in special workouts on Friday evenings. You must receive
special permission to attend these Friday night workouts (typically
held 7:30pm - 9:30pm).
Women's Self
Defense
Please contact us to be put on the
waiting list for our next Women's Self Defense class. The
Women's Self Defense class is a special class designed for women using the
most simple, yet effective defense techniques.
Participants need not be in top physical condition or well
coordinated. All techniques are taught in a fun and safe
atmosphere and do not require a lot of strength. The cost for
the one-time session is $25 and includes a handbook. This
class tends to sell out, so please contact
us to register. Please bring a
pen and notebook to the class.
