NEW STUDENT INFORMATION
There are no long-term contracts to take classes.You pay on a month to month basis through the City of Long Beach Parks, Rec, and Marine; and you only pay for the months you attend class. To get the full advantage it is best to start classes on the first Monday or Wednesday of the month.
Class Fee
The monthly fee for class is $45 per person per martial art.
Registering for Class
Registration for classes has to be done prior to the first class and online via the City of Long Beach Parks LB Rec Connect website. Follow this link to register for classes Online Registration Website. After creating an account you will be able to register for classes.
Wear comfortable clothing
For the first week or two until you purchase a uniform from us, just wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. We will size you for a uniform on the second week and let you know the cost. If you have a uniform from previous classes, you might have taken just bring it in and we will let you know if it meets class requirements. Our facility only has access to a restroom to change in but we do not have lockers, so please bring a bag to store your clothing and valuables in if you plan to change when you arrive.
